March 6-29, 2015
Our second month of curating video works for Fourth Wall, the screening room at Vox Populi gallery in Philadelphia, PA, is a program of Conrad Schnitzler’s moving images accompanied by his electronic soundtracks as well as some rare photographs of his sculptural work in metal.
Conrad Schnitzler (1937-2011) is legendary in the German electronic and avant-garde music scene as a founding member of Tangerine Dream and of Kluster. Though mostly known as a composer, his intermedia video work from the 60s, 70s and 80s is far less known.
CON-MYTHOLOGY/Moving Image has been put together by Conrad’s friend and collaborator “Gen” Ken Montgomery in collaboration with us.

Video shorts from musicians and other listeners at Vox Populi
Mike Bullock and I have been invited to curate two months of video works for Fourth Wall, the screening room at Vox Populi gallery in Philadelphia, PA, USA. The first month (February 2015), will include shorts by artists whose video (or otherwise audiovisual) have meant the most to us over the past year or so. March TBA, and in April there will be an installation of our own work!
